Ambassadors for Christ
WHAT IS IT? Ambassadors for Christ provides a community where members receive training, encouragement, and accountability as they seek to make disciples of international students, refugees, and immigrants in their midst.
WHO’S IT FOR? RPCNA* members who have been recognized and recommended by their sessions as faithful to Christ and able to serve in cross-cultural relationships.
* Members of other NAPARC churches may
be considered under special circumstances
AMBASSADOR CANDIDATES SHOULD BE:
Members in good standing of RPCNA* congregations
Recommended by their sessions to the Ambassadors for Christ community
Prepared to agree to the Ambassadors for Christ commitments and Rules of Engagement
16 years of age or older.

MEMBER COMMITMENT: Members of Ambassadors for Christ agree to:
Our commitment: We will be one, following King Jesus, training faithful and fruitful disciples, establishing and strengthening Reformed Presbyterian churches, to the praise of God’s glory.
Our structure: We will organize in teams typically consisting of 2-3 men, 2-3 women, or 2-3 married couples. We will gather weekly (in person) for team meetings for encouragement, accountability, and prayer. We will go to minister to the immigrants or international students in our midst. We will gather monthly (virtually) for training, testifying, and prayer.
Our curriculum: We will practice what we are learning in the Missionary Cross Training (MCT) curriculum as we minister cross-culturally with immigrants or international students in our midst.
Our goal: Our main goal is that we lead people of other faiths to repent and believe in Christ and be discipled in our existing churches or establish new churches with locally trained elders.
TIME COMMITMENT: Minimum 1-2 hours of weekly outreach and a one-hour monthly online network call with Ambassadors in other regions.
COST: For those who will be studying through the Missionary Cross Training curriculum: $150 ($25 Early Bird Discount before July 31).
