Welcoming Ministry

Join a community of believers receiving training, encouragement, and accountability as they seek to make disciples of internationals in our midst.

WHAT IS IT? Formerly known as Ambassadors for Christ, our Welcoming Ministry program is an opportunity for individuals and groups from churches who desire to minister to internationals here in our home countries and who would like discipleship and accountability in doing so.

WELCOMING CANDIDATES SHOULD BE:

  • Members in good standing of RPCNA* congregations

  • Recommended by their sessions to the Welcoming community

  • 16 years of age or older.

* Members of other NAPARC churches may be considered under special circumstances

  • Time Commitment: Minimum 1-2 hours of weekly outreach and a one-hour monthly online network call with Welcomers in other regions.

All individuals and teams involved in this ministry will gather monthly (virtually) for training, testifying, and prayer in a network call.
