ARROW (Advancing to Reach the Rest Of the World) is monthly topical online gathering of those planning to join the mission field within the next 3 years.

WHO’S IT FOR? 

Near-Term RP Global Missons (RPGM) and other approved candidates who:

  • Have completed MCT or are making active progress in intermediate/advanced MCT or have completed an equivalent training.

  • Have normally filled out an application for RPGM or other mission organization (with permission to join ARROW) or plans to do so soon but have not yet done so because they are waiting on a major life change or some other significant reason.

  • Plan to be on the mission field within the next 3 years.

  • Have identified a field they plant to go to or is actively working with RPGM to do so.

  • Trained to think deeply through the theology of missions and the realities of life and ministry on the mission field.

  • Relationships built with other goers

  • Relationships built with former RPGM missionaries and staff

  • A deeper resilience, robust toolbox, and stronger support system gained prior to going on the mission field

  • A discipline of journaling, prayer, reading the Word, and reading/consuming other helpful books and resources.
